    He is unreliable and fails to follow thru on his commitment. He came to my house by appointment on a Monday to check out my plumbing problem. He was 15 minutes late. After his inspection, he stated he would call me to schedule an appointment on Thursday or Friday. That was the last time I saw or spoke to him. That was over a month ago. Since then he hasn't answered his phone and hasn't responded to the 4 or 5 voice messages I have left him. Now I hear from someone else that he has decided not to bother fixing my plumbing. I do not recommend him if you want your plumbing fixed.

    I chose not to do your work as your house was unsanitary and was not safe to work in or around. I have been in many homes over the last 25 years as a plumber, yours was the worst!
