    Fired After Being Racially Targeted I was recently terminated by Pace Property Management after receiving a call from a stranger who claimed I had cut them off and flipped them off while driving a company vehicle. Not only was this accusation completely false, but the caller also used racially charged language, referring to mea 25-year-old ***** ***** permanently tan. In my life, Ive never encountered someone using such a bizarre and offensive term, and Ive certainly never heard it taken seriously by a company.Whats worse is how my employer respondednot with support or a thorough investigation, but with immediate termination, based solely on the word of a random caller. No one at the company asked for my side of the story or considered the racial nature of the remarks. I had never seen the person who called, I did not cut anyone off, and I definitely did not make any obscene gestures. I dont even behave that way in my personal vehicle, let alone in a work vehicle.This entire experience has made it painfully clear that Pace Property Management does not have the systems or integrity in place to protect its employeesespecially when it comes to racial harassment. They enabled a hateful and false accusation to end my job, and thats something no one should experience in a workplace.I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call to management. Protecting your employees from hate and discrimination isnt optionalits a basic responsibility.

    They lie about pricing, they will add $$ to your rent without telling you why. They make promises that they never follow through with. They are awful at communication and maintenance requests will not get done
