    I have paid in full for their product and they continue to be deceitful and lie about shipping and delivery. Amazing that a company takes your money and tells lies about shipping. They take my money and have excuses on why I have not received my item! $381 spent and nothing to show for it except excuses.

    First discovered the business several years ago pre-plandemic. Made numerous contact attempts to place order via emails, phone messages and text. Through internet search, I was able to find a cell phone number, his landline is disconnected. After no replies I quit trying to place the order. CB-Engineering is the only company on the internet said to be making custom aftermarket accessories I want.

    A year later, and post-plandemic, on March 13, 2023 I called the owners cellphone and to my surprise, Christian Borgwardt answered the call. I briefly explained, I had been trying to reach him and place an order for over two years. I also mentioned I had read a bad review by a customer. which has disappeared from searches. Christian said "he did not know of any complaints". He further went on to say that he was not conducting business during the span of the plandemic. Giving the benefit of doubt, I accepted that excuse.

    On the morning of the March 13 I asked if he had the items I wanted in sock and ready to ship, he said he did. I asked him what was the best way to order and how soon he would get the items out. He said it's Monday and he will ship out that day after I placed my order via his website. I said thanks and ended the phone call placing the order. Within several minutes my bank card was charged $498.00.

    On Monday 3/20 I reached out for an update. No reply. Yesterday 3/21 again no reply. This morning 8AM his time, again no reply. I have emailed and left voicemails. If by Friday 3/24 I still have not heard from him with tracking number or received my items, I will alert my bank and file a fraud complaint.

    As a business owner and contractor of 40 years, I have a 5 star reputation. My integrity as a provider of services to the public is priority one.

    I will update this review/complaint as deemed necessary in the day's ahead.
