    We had water draining into our basement fall of 2021. Roto Rooter came and spent an hour trying to solve whatever the issue may have been. They charged us, and we paid in full that day. They could not give us an explanation as to what the problem was, but the water did recede. About a month later, the same issue occurred. We called them back and they came out. My husband and I were told explicitly by the gentlemen we would not be charged because they had not resolved the issue in the first place. Again. They said that because they had not fixed the issue, they would not charge for correcting it the second time. They did not leave an invoice nor a reciept because they said they would not charge for their correction. Lo and behold, a month later the issue was still unresolved, but we called a different service and it has now been corrected. Fast forward to over a year later, we receive a bill on Nov. 30, 2022 from the supposedly "free" we-didnt-correct-the-issue-the-first-time service. Not only did I call no less than four times, each time they were giving me the run-around about how their billing department (or their grandma) had Alzheimer's disease and misplaced bills. It may sound heartless, but none of this explains why there even was a bill, since I was told that the service would not be charged since they didn't fix the issue. Each and every time they state that they will call back is an absolute lie. I have been on the phone with them multiple times and they all end with, we will call you back. Do NOT use the services of *****Rooter in **** Falls, ****. Excuses and excuses is all they are good for as well as threatening to sell your "debt" to a collections agency so they can weasel you out of your money. No one should be able to pull a scam like this: billing you over a year after they have offered service to correct their own service (even when none of their work solved the issue!). Absolutely shameful. Do not use this company.

    Ive tried contacting this customer 5 times and have not received a response. She was accidentally double billed and one of the bills was deleted upon learning about this error.
