    On June 27, 2022 we gave I -Pave construction a check for $27,400.00 on invoice #**** for the paving job they did on the driveway at our house. When the pavement job was complete we noticed that the pavement under the garage doors was up too high for the garage doors to properly close. They tried to fix the problem - and now the doors do close -but there is a big hump in the pavement right in front of the doors that makes any rain we get run right in the garage. We notified I-Pave of the problem and they promised to come and fix it. Someone from the company came out on July 6th and looked at the problem and agreed it was a problem and said that the employees that did the job should have known better than to leave it that way. We have called and called to find out when they would be out to fix the problem and we are always told that they will call us back and let us know when they will be here but we have NEVER received a call back and it is still not fixed. During one phone call on 9-9-22 ***************** actually YELLED at me and hung up on me for asking when he would be here. I have since been hung up on by *** again on 9-23-22 and still no one has called or come to fix the problem. As a last resort I sent a message on the company website on 10-6-22 asking for someone to let us know what is going on but no one has contacted me. Now it is mid October and the problem still exists with no way of knowing when or IF it will ever be fixed. This will be a huge problem when the freezing rain starts and we can't open either garage door.

    I am rejecting this response because: As this company knows the problem that we have does not require more material from the plant. They need to REMOVE the big hump in front of our garage doors so that when it rains the water does not go into our ********* expected that this company would try to put this off unit next Spring and then they will put it off as long as they can during the regular working season for all kinds of the same reasons we have been getting since JUNE 2022 when they did the work originally. During these five months, on the occasions that we could get someone to talk to us on the phone, we were promised that they would get the work done before the end of this season and it has not happened. They have made NO efforts to keep us informed about when they will be fixing the problem and every time we call them we either get hung up on or told that they will be looking into why this wasn't already fixed and call us back but that never happens. I have NO confidence that the work will ever be done.

    In September of 2022 we paid ipave almost **** dollars to asphalt our driveway, by the middle of October 2022 the driveway is cracking heaving and grass is growing through. We called the company about the problem and was told that they would be here the next day to address the problem. Did not show. We paid very good money for their services and expect some sort of ***************'s getting colder by the day and it's only going to get worse and it will be harder to fix it properly in cold weather and it will only extend the problem in the future and make it almost impossible for any later compensation we only want what we paid for, or a refund if not fixed properly

    I Pave Construction was hired on 11/02/2021 to asphalt my 9x450 {approx} gravel driveway for $22200.00. Work was completed a few days later by ****** personnel. In late Spring of 2022 I noticed weeds coming up through the asphalt. A little later cracks started to appear. Over 30 cracks ranging from one foot to over thirty feet appeared. In addition, over thirty rust-like spots appeared. I Pave Construction was contacted and came to the property. The contracting agent said they were not responsible for the quality of the asphalt. The end result was they would come back and fill the cracks "but the drive would not look good" (their words). Thus, their solution was to charge me $2250.00 (they would cover the $250.00) to seal the drive. Overall, the resulting job was not professional. I feel they are responsible for a professional job which includes covering the sealing cost.
