      HAD TO CHOOSE A STAR RATING SO I PICKED ONE BUT WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS THAN ZERO As of 1-2-24 Ive never heard of Liberty Ready Mix. I recently hired a contractor and paid in full upon completion of job. Said contractor did not pay Liberty Ready Mix for concrete used on my property job. So..Liberty decided to send me a sneaky, cowardly, hand written certified signature required envelope (spelled my name wrong and messed up their own return receipt). Liberty did not put a return address (they wanted me to open not knowing what it was) - horrible business practice. Liberty Ready Mix filed a formal claim with the ************* and put a lien on MY property because the contractor didnt pay their bill. Again, never heard of Liberty Ready Mix. I called the State and didnt get much help at first until the last few minutes when ******* said wait a minute, Im going to escalate this. I was told to seek immediate legal counsel. NOTE - pretty scary someone can put a formal lien on my property while Im simply going about my day, but they did. Now Im seeking legal counsel and did absolutely nothing wrong. I drove to Liberty and met with a female representative whose level of condescension and patronizing was deplorable. She did not care one bit. This company represents itself in a horrible fashion. Ive since learned reputable companies do NOT handles situations in this fashion. This company is full of greed, selfishness and taking down anyone needed to get what they want. At the end of the day, all of this is still a reflection on Liberty Ready Mix. I did not do anything to deserve their wrath and this will be fought. Shame on you people at Liberty Ready Mix.
