    Do not use this company! They come to your house quickly to do an estimate and take your $75 deposit and then don't come and do the work. I waited 3 months and were given answers of we will be there in 5 weeks, then we will be there next week, 3 ahead of you, and then given a hard date of October 13. They didn't show or call. I called and of course they didn't answer so I left a message and still no response. I wrote them an email and told them we were done waiting on them and wanted our $75 returned. On the 16th they called and said they were coming that afternoon. I told them to forget it and wanted my $75 back. They said the would cancel the work but would not be returning the $75. This was the owner of the company, *******************, that I was dealing with. This guy may know a lot about trees, but does a terrible job of running a company and providing customer service
