    They offer a life-time warrantee. I guess that is easy to do if you never contact the customer when they ask for service. When the tub was installed, I had a grab-bar on the outside of the tub and requested only one finishing panel on the other side. I removed the grab-bar and called **** to request the second one around January, 2022. I said he could mail it and Id pick up the postage. I had someone to install it. He said he wanted to make sure it was done right and would let me know when *** had a job in the ***********. I have not heard from anyone since the January call.The electrical part of the tub stopped working. I contacted the company again in January, 2024. The person I spoke with said it needed to be reset and he requested pictures so he could see if the reset button was in the front so I could reset it myself. I immediately sent pictures and once more, no response. My next call was the first week of March, 2024. I requested the tub be fixed and still wanted an estimate for a walk-in shower. I spoke with and very nice lady who said she would make sure my requests went to the right people. I have never heard a word from them.Finally, I wrote them a letter on April 15, 2024. No response. They do not post an email address, you have to call them to get it.
