      On 02/21/23 went in for an oil change at Kalona tire. When the technician finished and told me I had loose parts. I asked what loose parts were. The technician said the suspension we give you an estimate on fixing that. I paid for my oil change when leaving the parking lot my vehicle severely jerked to left. It didn't do that before. That usually means a front control rod or tire rod was purposely loosened by the technician to overcharger me and commit fraud. I know because I took it back and spoke with a rude manager that denied it and also refused to tighten the bolt back up they were just embarrassed that *************** were caught committing fraud. Kalona tire ********************* were trying to say by putting my vehicle up on the lift caused the bolts on the left side control rod to come loose. furthermore trying to say because of normal suspension wear on the back of the vehicle could cause it. Excuses after excuses. Offered No apologies, no refund, and nothing but an estimate for a replacement cost for the loose bolt on the front tire rod.
