As "city folk" that recently moved to a country acreage, we wanted a windmill to help keep our new pond full and provide us with an emergency source of water during any season. ***** worked with us to come up with an installation to meet these needs. When completion of the pond and drilling of the well fell way behind schedule, ***** still honored his original bid, adapted quickly to some last minute changes, and had his crew out to install our windmill just before the first snowfalls of winter. As this was my first experience with a windmill, I called ***** with some concerns a few days later, and in less than a week he had a crew back out here (a 480 mi round-trip) to address them. ***** and his crew were excellent (and polite) at providing answers to our numerous questions before, during, and after the install. ***** was always quick to return calls and he put a lot of effort into making sure our installation met our particular goals. From our first interactions we felt very comfortable with our decision to go with Great Plains. It is rare these days to deal with a company that is so customer focused. It was a real pleasure working with them on our project and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Phil was such a pleasure to work with. The team, including Phil, that came to install a windmill on our farm was polite, respectful, and efficient in their work. They did not mind there were spectators watching them put up the windmill, and were happy to answer any questions my family had during the process.
