    We can't get any help to our issue. They sold us a solar panel and inverter for over $1000, said it would run the fridge and "everything except the microwave and a/c" We had issues getting it to work. Called and left a message after hours on Saturday, expecting a call back on Monday. No call, so I called again on Tuesday, and someone promised to have a tech call us. No call, so I called again on Thursday, got *******. He didn't know very much about it, but suggested that the outlets weren't wired up for the inverter power, since some models weren't. (Not what we were told) . He said he'd call the company and ask, and call us back. Over 24 hours later, no call back. We did manage to determine the fridge was working on it, but the outlets do not, and that's not what we were told. Also, when we went to pick up it, we were told it would be ready at 11 am. They didn't move it from the lot to wash and get it ready until 12:30, and we didn't get to leave until 2:30. We had to put $2000 non-refundable down, and when we went to sign the final papers, they weren't what they told us it would be, and said we must have misunderstood, but I had the notes of what we were told. We were told 7.25% and ended up at 9.50%, and some extras were added on that we weren't told about. Not wanting to lose the $2k, we went ahead and got it, but wasn't happy about it. Do not recommend doing business with them.
