    If i could give zero stars, i would. In my opinion, the worst, most unprofessional shop I've ever had to deal with. Beer cans laying all over the shop. Employees running around with air soft guns shooting at each other. The service started ok, but then had to take my truck back for warranty service and all hell broke loose. My truck wound up getting stolen off their lot because they leave the keys in all the customer vehicles; and still do. My truck suffered enough damage that the motor and transmission needed rebuilt. There was approximately 4k in body damage. The insurance check wasn't even a 3rd of what mike said he was going to try to get. He also promised all damage would be taken care of. Then once the insurance check came, all of a sudden I'm responsible for the body damage and he is short handed to the point he didn't have time to build the motor. So, what happened? I, (the customer) spent over 80 hours of my own time working at mikes shop building my own motor just to get my truck back that Mike has had for over a year! At $135/hr, that's a good chunk of change. Then once the truck was running, it had a rough idle. Mike told his mechanics that no one is allowed to work on my truck anymore while they are on the clock! He said he can't lose anymore money! But he can go buy a new boat and spend over 100k remodeling his house. If anyone lost money in this ordeal, it's not Mike. And having employees work for free (off the clock) is against so many labor laws. TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO JIFFY LUBE BEFORE YOU GO TO LAUREL.
