    i've attached the receipt dated 2/8/2024 stating a 30 day warranty and PIF $400 for side by side GE refrigerator.Seller is ******************* of Riverbend Appliance **********. Bought on fb marketplace and he cashed my check the same day. ******************* broke my back door handle and promised to come the next day at 3:00 to repair the door. Now on 2/13/2024 the light in the refrigerator went out. I've tried to replace with 2 new appliance bulbs but it is not working. *******************' phone ********** goes straight to voice mail and asks to leave a text. I've sent 5 or 6 texts. I want my $400 back, or a similar refridgerator or a repair on the light. I've received NO response from ******************* or Riverbend Appliance.

    We purchased a washer and dryer set from ************************* on August 11, 2022 for the amount of $550. They were delivered but not hooked up because there were no washer hoses and the dryer required us to install a new electrical outlet. The seller never informed us of this. We eventually hooked up our washer, which works fine. After approximately 2 weeks we had electrical outlet installed and plugged in our dryer for first time and it was immediately apparent that something was wrong with the machine. When you push start the dryer powers on and begins to spin and makes a horrible noise that is so loud you can feel it bang on the floor. We attempted to call and received no response. We reached out on messenger and set up a time for him to come to our house to look at the appliance and he stood us up and continues to not respond to any messages.

    Purchased a stove from **** who I found on ******** Market Place Total paid for stove and delivery was$200. Delivered June 1, 2022. Worked fine until June 29, 2022.Contacted Riverbend and was told they would replace it. A few days were set up but they didn't come and now there is no contact at all.I feel completely ripped off and want my $200 back.
