    Date of transaction: 18 August 2023 I purchased a kit from Flywheel Supply which contained several pieces needed to rebuild a magneto I'm working on. One of the critical pieces (called a condenser) turned out to be on back order, which they did not reveal to me until I received the package in the mail. After waiting around a few days, I called them on 24 august 2023 at 10:32AM to get an update on the condenser. The lady on the phone spoke with her shipping department and reported back to me that the condenser was another week to week and a half out. I waited again for a week and a half, with no updates, emails, calls, or product. I called again on 5 September at 9:56AM for another update. This time I was told 3-4 days. I waited again, and still no product going into the week of 11 September. I called yet again today (12 September) at 12:46pm and was told they have no idea when my part will be available. I requested a refund and was told only a partial refund would be possible. The part in question alone costs $15.60 USD and I was given a refund of only $3.79 USD. I'm really upset at the lack of communication and customer service here. I didn't even know when I would receive my part, I had to ask multiple times. On top of that only a fractional refund...
