I usually do not leave reviews, but after being a customer since 1995,I feel it's my duty too, I would like everyone too be aware on 4-7-23 all my accounts where wiped out ,credit card activated and cash advance to my checking, savings transferred to checking, and wired too regions bank!!All started with a phone call stating he was with Wells Fargo, person had all my info every transaction I've made ,ss# so on ,and that I had suspicious purchases in my checking, well after all that he sent me a pin under a #93557 number, that I have received from Wells Fargo prior and after the scam,I recieve a notice that a wire transfer was made, which I did not nor did I utherized, need less too say after three denials, ip address was a Wells Fargo branch where the wire transfer happened, also my phone number was changed and they called the scammer he authorized all transactions, which are recorded, everything was done in the west coast and I'm central, they refuse too pull the recording of the phone call ,also video at the branch this accurd, I have attorney General involved, cfpb, occ, and my local sheriff office pulling search warrants,on all recordings, too prove my innocents, if you think your money is safe with Wells Fargo think twice, look up there track record, I followed all user agreements and refuse too do anything ,now my credit is taking a beating, they are charging me interest on a credit card that I never even activated, they have everything too prove it wasn't me but refuse to turn it over ,be aware your money is not safe with Wells Fargo, and they will not protect you.
