    This didnt happen to me but my mom and we are unsure what to do but something needs to be done with this business and owner **** *******. Weve discovered he has multiple lawsuits already against him for the same thing thats happened to others. He lied to my mom about the work that his company was gonna do then tore up and ruined her backyard along with breaking and not even placing the right bricks she bought and paid for. theres so much that he hasnt done that he said he would/agreed on. And once my mom called him out for these things he claimed she was harassing him and threatened to turn her into the credit bureau for non payment when she paid over 7,000$ without the job being done. he didnt even finish and said he wasnt going to even though she paid for it to be done and gave him full payment already. he also called the cops on my mom claiming she was harassing him when she wasnt! we need to get in touch with someone that can help my mom figure this awful horrible situation that this con artist did. Weve talked to several others that have a similar situation that *** filed lawsuits but was told it wasnt worth it because hes in real bad debt. hes had 3 failed businesses already and isnt even suppose to have his own company is what we were told by someone that talked to a lawyer. so we are unsure how to go forth with this situation and are desperate to get help to figure out what can be done to **** ******* to make sure he doesnt scam anyone else out of their hard earned money. and also what can be done for her situation either a refund or he does the job the right way that was agreed on.

    Hi ******, 

     Lets clear some things up. 

    We have completed everything your mom got quoted and paid for. Your mom picked out the patio pavers she wanted, in fact we made serval trips over to her house to show her samples and what it would look like after we got done installing them your mother and her husband approved them. Your mother wanted additional work to be completed outside of the original quote. We sent her estimates and she did not approve them except for the river rock which got completed & she owed us for. You & your mother got mad that we would not work for free and complete the work that she didn't want to pay for & once we denied to work for free for the additional work your mother wanted done that is when the Drama started and we were such a bad company.  After YOU harassing us including making fake numbers to reach out to us and "threaten" us and driving by our house multiple times a day we did contact law enforcement due to this and are currently in the process of a no contact order against you along with charges.  

    After you did all the harassing and making threats we did tell your mother that we weren't coming back to install the last 8 bricks around the fire pit due to the nature of your actions and refunded her that amount as a "Credit' towards her balance with us from the river rock. 

    As far as a refund goes for the $7,000 that is not going to happen due to all the work that got quoted for did get completed..

    I hired this company to cut down a tree on 9/4. Started on 9/5. The job is still not done. He has broken my siding and window in the process, torn up my grass and landscaping and now refusing to fix it until I get a lawyer.

    Hi Lexie, 

    On your quote, the services provided was tree removal, comp clean up of tree which included disposal of tree, and ***** grinding. All services were provided and completed. In the process of the tree removal, some damage did happened and we offered to fix those for you and have fixed some of these for you to this date, we had you on the schedule, to fix the remaining until you said you didnt want us back there to do the required repairs, and you wanted to go to court. 

    Then your husband decided to show up to another job site in a threatening manner because we wont work for free and dispose of clippings that you were told several times that there would be a lot and they were not included on your quote but we would be happy to take care of them at a additional cost. You didnt want to pay the cost, so we left you the clippings. 

    we are not denying your damages we caused, accidents happen and we are prepared for that we just have to schedule it in, and we cant just jump when you say so. 

    Per our policy, if you want to go to court we have to await for communication from your attorney to schedule in the repairs.

    I am rejecting this response because: you say you have polices but none of these polices were given to me. I also asked for a copy of these polices and was denied. I don't know polices that weren't given to me. I simply signed a quote that wasn't very detailed. I was never told the tree was coming down in one piece that would cause holes in my yard that I'd be left to fix. I said I would go to court for that not the repairs you choose to fix that you caused. I shouldn't have to be scheduled in to fix my landscaping you removed & ruined from tire marks, that's part of the clean up. Your treating me this way cause you took a lost on this job & moved on to another job that will make you money.  Yes my husband did let you have it about the mess that was left, we obviously wasn't happy about it. You were paid in full and we shouldn't have to wait around until you decide you want to finish it & schedule me a week out for a 10 minute job. I also did mention you don't need to come back here, but the window guy is welcomed as the window needs repaired. The landscaping we took care of ourselves as we don't need to wait a week to get that put back. This job would of taken 3 weeks total if we waited around on this company, not happening when you had your money the first day.
