    I purchased a Refrigerator in May of 2021. took it home around middle of the month. By July of 2021, the ice maker had quit working. Marion Appliance center sent out a tech to replace it, but it did not solve the problem. In January of 2022 i was told they would replace the refrigerator, but after a trip to the store,(probably may) we couldnt find a replacement we liked, and told them to try and find a new ice maker, and if it worked, we would keep the existing refrigerator. They never contacted me again to come repair the ice maker, and my calls went unanswered. Come december of 2022, i called and asked about the ice maker again, as now it was leaking water into the freezer, and turning it into a big block of ice. I was told ****** no longer owns the store, but ***** now does, and was promised it would be looked into, and fixed. after several messages back and forth, nothing was done, and i had to go into the store to talk to someone. january 10, *************************** person, and ****** gave me his card and apologized for everything. said he would talk to the manufacturer himself and get it fixed for me. It iss now March 14th, and i have messaged ****** a couple times this week with no response. ***** the owner has never called or checked to make things right. All i wanted was a refrigerator with a working Ice maker, and Marion appliance Connection seems to keep pushing me off and ignoring me. I thought i was being nice by letting them fix this fridge and keeping it. now i just want my money back and not to have to deal with them anymore

    I bought kitchen appliances. Told to pay CASH! Only receipt I got was on back of business card. When delivered didnt get appliances I paid for. Contacted many times. The handle on stove was damaged and was promised replacement. Still havent received! Stove doesnt fit properly. Now business has new manager who is still uncooperative and rude! Wont do anything! I did leave reviews on ******** which Im entitled to do. Only truth was noted. I want my handle and my original stove I ordered!!! New manager called me a ***** ******* and told me not to contact him. I still have his texts.
