    I ordered my first "trial"of Zeria drops, a self tanning liquid that you swallow and it should turn your tan. I did not order repeat orders to arrive monthly but that's been what's happening and they've been charging my credit card $44 each time I've gotten about five of them now and I don't want them the stuff is junk it turned me yellow please help me something from sending these monthly and get my money back for those that they charged before that I didn't agree to

    I ordered this item on April 26th and today is June 13th. It has been a month since I ordered the product and stuff not received it. I paid over 50 dollars for it and I would like a refund as I have no idea whether Im going to get it or not because it keeps saying in transit. I asked for a refund and they said I have to receive it first and that makes no sense.

    I purchased drops off this company's website. They weren't for me so I did not want to purchase again. Then, next month I get an email with a shipping confirmation for more drops. I told them do NOT send them, I never ordered them. Then I found out that they themselves, signed me up for their subscription service! I told them to cancel all of this and DO NOT send that package of drops. Few days later the drops show up and they charged my card. Again I emailed them telling them I need to return this as I didn't order it. Back and forth they keep asking me why I want to return it...like are you insane!!??!? I didn't order it, I don't want it, you are breaking the law by doing this. Then they email me today saying..."we can give you a 20% refund and you can keep the drops." The site clearly states that you can return them for any reason for a full refund withing the first 7 days . This company is committing wire fraud among other crimes and if they don't refund me immediately and cancel any and all future charges, I will be getting law enforcement involved. Refund me and remove me forever from your recurring charge.

    I placed an order with Zeria on May ******* for their tanning drops and a bottle of lotion. The first red flag should have been that the company added an additional 2 items to my order AFTER confirming my original order. Because the 2 extra items were charged at sale price, I decided to just let it go and give them as gifts to friends. After the 7-10 business days was up and I still had not received my order, I submitted an inquiry to their customer service. There is no phone number to contact, so email is the only way to communicate. When I didn't receive a reply, I sent 2 more inquiries. On May 21, I received a reply which stated to trust them, my order would arrive in 4-6 days. It has now been 8 days, I have still not received my items, and again, the company will not respond to email inquiries. The company has charged me $109.77- and is refusing to give me the items which I have paid for, nor will they provide tracking details or a response to my inquiries

    Bought April 10th have reached out multiple times once I finally received there was no ebook or free gift and the package was shoved in my mailbox when it didn't fit then there was a huge message there was what looked to be a knife slit in the whole side of the bag once I finally got it out there was stuff everywhere eveeytime I contact them they just say oh they will give me a new ebook and ignore me asking for a return label so I can get my refund

    This business confirmed cancellation of any subscription as seen in the screenshots. Several weeks later they charged me and shipped an order to me anyway. I contacted them and told them of their error and told them they needed to stop shipment. I was given the excuse they couldnt do that. Then promised a refund if I shipped the item back to them. She gave me an address and I shipped it back via *** at my cost! Because she refused to cover that even though it was their error. I have since been fighting her for weeks trying to get my refund as they have received the returned item. I have provided the tracking number twice and obtained proof of delivery from ***. Clearly they are a scam company and are trying to not give me my money back
