I contacted A Dads Pool Service August 7, 2024 for pool cleaning and plumbing service on the pool at our home in ***, ***Dillan gave me a quote via text message for $255 for 3 hours of cleaning and $345 the plumbing of installing our new pump on our pool for a total of $600.00.****** **** up a contract for these services which was signed by both parties on August 8th. The work was supposed to be performed by August 9th, however, Dillan did not come out to do the work until 10:11am August 10th and cut the work short leaving by noon August 10th per cameras on the ******* property. The work done in that approximate 1 hour 45 min timeframe was spent working on the pump install. Only ***** minutes was spent working on the cleaning of the pool.Neumanns supplied ALL parts, (except for two small inlet reducer thread reducers on the pump) and all chemicals. Dillan was supposed to install a new gauge on our pump and did not complete that either. The pool never got cleaned as promised and the pump installation job was never fully completed. Dillan (A Dads Pool Service) also took parts off of our pump and kept them. He also kept our old pump. He was never given permission to take those items. We would like Dillan to finish the job as well as return our old pump and the parts he took from our new pump.
