    I hired this company to resurface my countertop with a cement surface. I first saw this company at a home show. The initial contact was good. After the first coat of cement I told him I want them shiney and kept pointing out areas to smooth out. He finished the countertops and I unfortunately paid him. I was unhappy with the finishes and asked him to come back and fix them. He Did but in doing so he sanded through to the old countertop and left a uneven rough ugly surface. He said this is the best I can do. I texted him and asked for some of my money back. He said he would possible give me 1/3 of my money back if I quite leaving bad reviews. I asked him for $750.00 which is 1/2 of what I paid him Because I am going to have to replace these countertops. I have sent him a lot of pictures of these poorly resurfaced countertops. I have not Heard anything back.

      *** saw my concrete countertop, butcher block & concrete overlay color samples at the ************ Home Show March 19, 2022. Several days later she informed me she wanted to do the concrete overlay restoration over her existing laminate counters & add a waterfall side panel to her end cabinet. I met with her and her husband April 25th with my overlay samples & explained the overlay process. I pointed out the flaws & imperfections in an overlay & that it won't be like quartz or granite. She chose a lite silver color with additional color variations troweled in and the gloss finish. I applied the finish topcoat with her present showing me where she wanted the different colors applied. I thought I'd left a satisfied customer and received a check for my work. Three days later she was unhappy and wanted half her money returned because she was now going to replace the tops. I responded with two letters that since she was no longer happy and probably should've chosen a different product to begin with that I would return 1/3 of that check when the tops are replaced. I question her motives since they then went ahead and had the kitchen finished including the tile backsplash. I will be returning a check for $500 when I know the tops are replaced.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  To clarify.. three days after I gave him my payment. I asked him to return to fix the countertops.  Which resulted in making them worse.  He sanded all the way thru the top to the old countertops.  I will continue to discourage ( by showing potential customers my pictures of his work) from doing business with this company..  My new countertops have been ordered, and will be replaced the end of July.
