      We purchased a new furnace approx 12 to 18 Mos ago from Dishonest Heating, it quit working so we called to have it looked at since it was under warranty, ***** came out with another tech to look at, he wiggled a wire that took 5 minutes to do and got it going, he said dust got in the wire, he said how would we like to pay and I said it's under warranty and he said yes but not the labor, now we have been in business 42 years in retail and 38 years in service, we eat alot in repairs and just doing good business to the customer for repeat business, so I understand he was due something I guess, common sense would have said don't worry about, we just appreciate you purchasing the furnace from us and for future business as we have several properties and have used them several times, so anyways I was accepting on paying something, he said that would be 89 dollars for the service call and 125 dollar stop charge, I blew up at him, no common sense at all, unbelievable that people would do that, I could see if he was maybe here an hour but not 5 minutes, I was willing to pay the 89 but not the rip off bullcrap fee, that's just not right, I also deal with 2 other heating companies here in town, *************************** and ********* heating as well, now there service call are higher than in the past but they have no stop charge, I have a moving business with a large truck compared to their little *********** have no stop charge, that would be just unfair to the customer, I cannot believe they don't have more complaints, I would have called the other 2 companies who have treated us fair over the years but it was their furnace which we purchased from them so we thought it would be best to call them, ***** is not a good business man, If the owner, *************************** was here he would have treated us right, unfortunately he was in the hospital, it's sad that businesses have to operate this way, we have given our customers so many freebies over the years but that's how we operate, thank you!

      I'm very sorry they feel this way, but the furnace was installed in 12/10 of 2021, so not ***** months ago. They have never called us to do routine maintenance on this furnace.  Technician was there for a half an hour listening to ***** scream while other customers were in the business.After reviewing ****** reviews, more people have complained about ***** yelling at customers so obviously this is a reoccurring problem. We run a flat rate pricing that has a diagnostic fee - NOT a stop fee, and also a labor fee. The warranty they chose does not cover labor - just a 10 year part coverage.  And we did more than just "look" at the wiring. We cleaned the flame sensor, checked capacitor, checked filter, checked electrical components. Also, before we could even access the furnace, we had to move countless bags of Budweiser beer cans. There was also ******** slander on our company before they tried to civily discuss this situation with us.

      If you really want to ask them for their video footage of the day - it will prove that all this happened.

      Also, Customer was terminated 6 months ago due to bedbugs. We decided to give them another try, but I think there needs to be some anger management classes taken before we can help them out again.
