    I had a family emergency that was made us not able to get to our hotel. I called and talked to two different associates, they said it would be no problem for them to allow me to cancel my hotel and be refunded. It was booked through booking.com and they were 100% on board with me cancelling. The associates texted the manager with the only access to the email to allow it to be refunded. I was told multiple times not to worry about not being refunded. It is very sad at a dwelling time like this to still have to pay for something that was never even used. I was also told that the manager would call and talk to me about it, but that never happened either. Everyone was on board and had me relieved and stress free about being refunded. I guess I trusted ******* would have hired and made their employees especially managers more trusting and to not be led to thinking one thing and delerving another.
