Im contacting you in regards to my mother whos elderly. She contacted pentz appliance to fix her washer. She was told what was wrong with it and it would fix the problem. Was quoted $375. She paid for it and it worked twice. They came back out now saying it needed more repairs and it would cost $582 to fix. For that price she could have bought a brand new washer. She was told there was nothing else wrong with the unit. My mother is elderly and on a fixed income raising 2 of my nieces. Also if they didnt fix it right the first time. Why would you trust them again? At the very least they should have offered to cover the labor on the new parts it supposedly needs. Called a few times. Nope!Thank you for your time. Best regards,***********************

The Washer was all torn down when my service technicians arrived at the residence. My technicians re assembled the washer and attempted to run it. the Drain pump was not working. They replaced the drain pump and the washer ran fine. When my Techs went back the second time, the washer was not spinning out which is a different problem than not draining. My Technicians advised that the washer needed Struts to make it spin out. We could not detect the second problem until the first problem was fixed.
