    We've purchased 2 tires&had all 4 tires on our vehicle rotated. The employee put the 2 new tires on &rotated all 4 tires on our vehicle. We went to **********,** and back,from ************, ** (where we live).When we arrived back in ************, ** the front passenger tire started making a loud clunky noise&the front end started to shake.We pulled over&looked at the tires and found the lugnuts were extremely loose&a few had been broken off the hub/wheel assembly. It was unable to drive. We called the place where we had the tire work done &they sent 2 employees out to the location we were broke down at. The 2employees tried to fix it and even went back to the ahop and returned to work on our vehicle.They said they temporarily fixed it enough for us to drive the vehicle back to the shop and they'd try to fix it properly. They left and when we pulled onto the main street to start the drive to their shop-the noise and shaking were the same as before and the clanking was worse then before.We called 3-5times explaining what had happened and they were ubrubt and rude and very unprofessional with us. Also they said that we never bought anything from them and that they weren't going to take care of this issues We now have with them and the mechanical problems that their employees have caused to our vehicle! We've tried calling back after that-several times and they hang up or etc.***We paid $150.00/2tures&rotation of the tires...***We've paid $100.00/tow service (to tow our vehicle back home to our residence.
