    The date of the transaction was finalized on 08-20-24.The loan amount the bank allowed us was ******. The warranty was cancelled, Johnsons Auto to refunded ******** to the bank our loan is from and made us pay the cancellation fee of ******. The business promised us a warranty that would cover the entire engine (including a turbo, because the vehicle comes with a turbocharger from the factory) along the entire transmission covered, neither of those things were covered in the way we were ensured by the owners of the dealership. The first response from the business was them offering to fix it, without telling me it wasnt covered by the warranty and trying to get me to pay the ****** deductible the warranty company would cost me if it was covered. Then they told me that it would be a refurbished turbocharger. I disagreed because I wanted a brand new turbocharger, so I would not have to deal with this issue again until my car was off a loan. Secondly I disagreed because I found out the part was never covered and the warranty never covered anything I asked for to be covered. The kinda resolution for them was just refunding my warranty, leaving me without a working car. As a consumer buying a car for the first time these owners really manipulate young and uneducated people into warranties that do not cover anything ask for buy the consumer.

    The warranty says it covers the engine and the transmission.  The contract they signed with the warranty company ************** lists out individual parts and unfortunately the company did not list turbo as a part covered.  I did call the warranty company and asked about this.  I also had my mechanic take a look at the vehicle and it was completely out of oil and would not register on the even register on the dipstick. ****** and Faith both said they had taken numerous trips out of town and needed an oil change.  The only reason we offered to help with the turbo is we wanted to be helpful.  We are not obligated to provide any service after the vehicle is sold and an AS IS warranty was provided.  The lack of maintenance with changing the oil is a contributor to the possibility of the damage to the turbo because there was nothing wrong with the turbo when the car was sold.  ******** wife said she did not want a used turbo so we said ok.  I am attaching a copy of the AS IS warranty that was signed and a copy of the warranty the consumer signed.  We have an overview of warranties but the warranty itself is sold through a different company.
