      Our ********************** ordered a uniform package through Decker Sports. We were first told that their sizing app was accurate, it WAS NOT, so we had to ALL schedule a time to try on uniforms. Some parents couldnt even get the app to work. Then we were told we would have them for our first tournament. We did not. Our team manager had to meet someone from Decker half way (2hrs) to pick them up. I paid for shipping, now several weeks later I receive the visor that doesnt even match the uniform! I am told I will not be refunded my $20 shipping because they shipped the visor. Come on now! It DOES NOT cost that to ship a visor. So now think of them keeping that $20 shipping for 30+ players. Not happy with this company. As much as our organization has spent with them for uniforms this season, I expected better.

      Horrendous customer service. Their website can glitch when ordering making you think your order went through when it didn't and then they refuse to honor it. I have a very disappointed kid who now cannot have a warmup shirt like the rest of her team. I wouldn't recommend this company for team or group orders in the least. I even showed my internet history showing I had been to the site and accessed my cart and in a link it said "success". I offered to spend whatever was needed to still make the shirt but was denied. I asked for pictures so I could see if another company would make the shirt and received no response. Very frustrating.
