  They were there on time. Worked carefully and quickly. Protected my property and neighbors by using safe methods. I had to leave for work. When i stopped by to check everything was spotless! I did not ask for ***** grinding, so the ***** is all that remains. Every limb, twig, sawdust all gone.

  Would have left 0 stars if possible. This company may present itself as a relatively large operation with the ability to juggle multiple jobs simultaneously. This certainly isn't the case. Had my appointment last week rescheduled due to the storm that came through. Totally get it, they can charge those people alot more than me because of the emergency situation. I said fine, reschedule me for next week. They confirmed 5/30/24 was my appt date. About 10am on 5/30/24 I still hadn't heard from anyone with Tree Hugger regarding the window of time they would be arriving. I had to text them to ask. Original time window from the original appt was 11am-2pm. So without being told different, thats what I assumed for the rescheduled appointment. Stupid me I guess, they said it would be between 1pm and 2 pm on 5/30/24. It gets past 2 pm and they call to say that they are going to now arrive at 3 pm. 3 Pm rolls on by and I get another call about how they aren't going to be able to make it to do the job I contracted them for and I need to reschedule again. Needless to say I cancelled as fast as possible. Additionally the woman that runs their so-called ****************** shouldn't even be on the phone in my opinion. Was extremely rude and threatening to not send the guys out. Word of advice - stay as far away from Tree Hugger as you can and go with a company that stands by their word and has more than 2 employees from the sound of it.
