    Transaction date: March 22, 2024 $124.40 Standard shipping time 3-5 business days Business never advised me of a delay in shipping. Business did not provide a shipping information or offered an updated shipping date.I requested a cancellation from the business on April 1st, when product was not shipped, and they advised I can't be refunded even though item was never shipped or attempted to be shipped or date provided when item will be shipped. Contacted the seller who refused to cancel the order and refund my money.No customer service was offered to resolve that issue.

    Hello, 

     

    The customer did purchase from our company during one of our largest sales of the year in which our banner did state that we had extended shipping timeframes because of the huge sale we were having. 

    We let the customer know that shipping time from during sales can be up to 14 days. We also notify via ******** and LIVE Sale to make sure customers are aware. We let the customer know, that are return policy is that we can not cancel outside of 24 hours. We cant cancel orders which it states on our website once order is placed after 24 hours. 

    However we did cancel and issue her store credit for her next purchase. So we did allow the cancel, but not full refund to card, which that also states in our policy is that we offer store credit in which we did offer that as well. 

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused, but we did follow all of our policies stated via our website on cancelations and return policy.

    I've asked several times to be removed from their spam list. No one ever responds and they don't provide an opt-out on their emails. I've asked at least 6 times. I never signed up to receive their garbage.
