    terrible customer support. called for tech support was told that i can expect a return call within 6 weeks. will by a different brand in the future.

    Have been trying to get information on the system on my coach, and no documentation seems to be available for the particular model of the *** system in my coach. Tried to get in touch with a service person or technician, and was told it would be weeks before they could get back to me. Given the poor documentation, at least for my model (installed in a 2006 Winnebego Tour), I am surprised they are still in business. So far I regret buying this rig (only had it for a week) simply because I now have to deal with this system on the coach, and it is clearly failure prone. Prior owner had replaced three or four solenoid valves on the rig (only has 40K miles) and the hydraulic pump motor. Quite apparent it is going to be the biggest headache of owning this rig, and I am now considering just selling it to avoid the aggravation. Extremely poorly run company, by the rest of the reviews herein. I did find some favorable reviews online, but I would not ever trust their hardware or their service based on my experience to date.

    Wow if there is a worse company this would be it as a tech calling for help on your product I would assume you want to help me you guys are a joke and did I mention rude. No? Well how about getting off your initialed a** and get your company together Ill sell the customer lci befor I call your help line again you guys are hands down the worse business I have ever **** of and had to deal with your rating is 0 but they are making me put at least one

    They charged over $25 to ship a $15 part and did not tell me that up front before taking credit card info. Then every interaction with them takes 7 days to get a response. They absolutely suck at business I'm the modern world.

    Can't get parts. Can't get an RMA. Can't Talk to Service. Won't give you an estimate. Expects you to sit by your phone for weeks. Only one call. No call backs. Operator intercepts all calls and interigates you. Will not cooperate if you refuse to talk to her. She answers questions and will not foreward calls. You can't talk to HR / You can't talk to administration. You can't talk to purchasing. You can't talk to parts. Website is a stand up lie about how good they are. Once inoperative, Consider buying E & P equipment. Not likely you will ever get through to anyone. Operator says 7 weeks to get an RMA, RMA given via phone??. 7 week waiting period for an RMA?? . Waiting lists are flushed on Fridays if your a customer--per operator. Hence, you will never get anythiing from the company except grief. Very worst company I have ever dealt with. No parts. Want money in advance with no shipping dates What if the company is in serious trouble and Goes belly up with everybodies money already in their pockets. One star is too generous. COVID is not the reason HWH is bad. HWH is bad because they don't care. Have used COVID for years. Never, ever, gotten better. Only worse. See reviews for years past. Same issues. Just don't care. inspite of HWH I have been able to repair my system for 15 years. Until now. All the while HWH has only been an obsticle. I get the feeling they are forcing e through RV Dealers. RV Service facilities don't have much good to say about the company either.
