    I reported my central air needing repair in April 2023. I had Choice Warranty. They accepted the call, took the $75 deductible, tore the air apart. Said he save the check til things were approved through Choice. Well after numerous contacts he was working on paper and it was a pain in the ****. He could not get anyone to help by phone. I explained as well as my warranty company it has to be submitted on line. The check ended up going to my bank. He told me he did not know they were cashing it and he was still trying to contact Choice. Once again diagnosis has to be submitted online. It never happened. I never got money back either. Today 9/14/23 I get a call from book keeping acting like it was repaired one minute, next minute saying I didn't say that. To we can't get anywhere with the insurance company. Well because you didn't do what was requested!!!! I was so mad!!!! Now my Air is torn apart, no one else will touch it through insurance. So I have to pay out of pocket. That is a long story shortened, but points high lighted. If they don't want to use a home warranty the way it's expected then don't come out for a service call!!!
