  Complaint Summary:I hired Big Papas Nuisance Wildlife Control to address a raccoon issue at my home, which included the removal of raccoons and a full inspection of entry points. I was charged for these services, and according to the receipt, the inspection was completed and all areas were cleared and sealed. However, upon reviewing my 24/7 surveillance footage, it was clear that no inspection or sealing was ever performed.The sealing work was vaguely deferred to a later discussion, which the technician suggested should take place over dinner. I found this highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I have since had to hire another company to properly inspect and seal the areas, as the issue was never *********** addition to the lack of completed services, I experienced persistent and unsolicited personal contact from the individual. He would call me during the day and text me at night, making repeated suggestions to go out to dinner and dress nicely so we could talk about things. As a 60-year-old single woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable with this behavior. I was seeking professional wildlife control servicesnot personal attention or inappropriate advances.When I finally expressed my discomfort and concerns, he dismissed me by saying his "job was done," despite having not completed the work I paid for. I only paid half the quoted amount because the services were not delivered as promised.This experience has left me feeling deceived and disrespected. I trusted this company to provide honest, professional service, and instead was met with unfulfilled promises, false claims, and behavior that was completely unacceptable.All I asked for was integrity and professionalism. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but.

  To this review :

  First off I am a 60 year old over weight nuisance animal trapper that has been happily married for 35 years . So a girl friend is probably not a priority . 

  I did get the call that there was a **** problem at the house , I was out of town & not able to get there till Saturday . I set up 2 traps , looked over the situation and had the problem figured out . I told her at that time we needed to catch the ***** that being the problem . She was okay with that .. I also told her there was other things that could be done to keep this from happening again , and talked a bit with her on some ideas . letting her know i did not have numbers on cost on top of my head . 

  Sunday morning : She sent me a text that I had 2 ***** in cages . I expressed that I would be down later that morning to pick them up . She said she would not be around . ( no problem ) Monday morning : I got a text that I had caught 1 more **** . I retrieved the **** and reset the trap . She was not there . Tuesday morning : Text n **** , I ask if there was any more noises on roof or any activity on cameras ? No , nothing . **** have a great day ! Wednesday I texted her to see if I had gotten anymore ***** . no more ***** . I had been unable to meet with her to go over any pricing with her schedule to this point . in a text i ask when she would be free . her answer was she tutoring after work . I stated lets talk in the morning cause i will be there to measure things for the soffits . Thursday I am texted a long confusing note about how she doesn't no the cost to the job so far orhow much anything will be . My answer was , thats why I wanted to get with you . At that time i gave her Prices in a text And ask what she wanted me to do ? She said lets just call it done  . I picked up my traps and left a invoice in the mail box . ( she still has not paid )

  I looked up her name in my computer and back in March of 2023 i did some **** work for her and she never paid that invoice either .
