Garbage!!!!! Ultimatetax.com went down on April 15th 2024 an the last day of the filing season. They tell you nothing and have not fixed it after about 4 hours. Lost clients, lost lots of money, and it hurts your business's reputation. BEWARE and stay away from this CHEAP GARBAGE!!

Customer is entitled to their opinion. We did have 4 hours that our system went down this season. This should not have been a reason for a customer to have lost money and insult our company. Tax season is a long season. Our customer support team was amazing and assisted everyone that called in this season. We wish you the best with your next software.Review fromShamika M

1 starThis was a very disappointing experience I wasted my money and I wasted my time. I was unable to file not one return with the software. They do not care.
