    Spoke to business representative. So they would send check for two red bags of world's best cat corn cat litter. Can I use it for my parrot parrot started eating it. Person with parrot recommended this bedliner that said no. Company said they would reimburse me. Waited now approximately 3 months no check? Where is my check please where is my reimbursement?

    To Whom It May ********************** we record all of our consumer correspondences via email, phone, and white mail, we can verify we are not familiar with this person's name, address or phone number and have no record of being contacted by this consumer regarding the feedback they have provided to the BBB.  However, the email address this customer has provided was used to place a complaint with the BBB with a different division of our company, but the email address was connected to a different consumer name, phone number and address from ********, ** 43201.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***** was left 3 messages. Not so. No receipt. It's been too long store won't take back. Been leaving ***** messages for one and a half months. Bag and trash. Sent better Business bureau photos sent this woman ***** several photos. Don't want refund just want two more bags that aren't nasty inside. My apartment number is 1107 I have six kitties who enjoy this litter. This person ***** was left so many messages I can't tell you how many messages she was left. I'd like the bags replaced that's all if you want me to pay for shipping for two more bags I'll split the difference with you but I think it's unfair I get stuck with the crummy product.
