      Phelps uniform of ********* **** has hired ************ **** Of ****** **. to collect a debt I do not believe I owe.I cancelled my service with Phelps last year in October and I recently received a phone call stating I owed Phelps 211.46.I asked for an itemized bill of this and have it now,they are claiming some uniforms were not returned.When Phelps picked up on the last day I was told by ***************** the route mgr.I owed them 2 floormats which I had the 2 mats the next day.The mats are still in my office where I put them.Phelps did not come back to get them.I did not ever get a call or a bill until 1-2 weeks ago when L&M called **** also believe that I had a added fee on my weekly bill that covered lost or damaged items. When I tried to talk to their agent *************** he doesn"t want to do anything to resolve this, just pay the bill basically.I actually cussed at him and hung up!I am not happy about that.However I cooled off and called back 30 minutes later,and spoke to him again,he said he could not or would not mediate with Phelps about this issue.He asked me what it would take for this to go away,I told him that I did not think I owed the money but if I had to I would pay the amount without late fees. He said he would get back to me,I have not heard from him.The more I thought about it I decided to file with the BBB.I don't like scare tactics and this just isn't right!
