    Although my sales person was decent. I had told them several times what I could spend for a vehicle payment. Went $50.00 higher than I stated. This was in February of 2024. I should have refused and not bought car but felt pressured into continuing with the sale. I refinanced with my local hometown bank on 9/30/24, which gave me a way lower interest rate and lowered my payment $55.00 a month. I also did not get a good deal on my trade in I feel. Upon refinancing, I should have gotten back a decent sized GAP refund. The paperwork to cancel and sign the cancellation was done the first part of October. I have now been told 2, the refund check was mailed and in all actuality, it was not and I doubt still has been mailed. I spent $33,00 at this dealership so I expect good service. I could have went to another dealership and they had offered me more for trade in and now wishing I would have. Its 3 weeks later and no refund still. I was told 3 weeks. Has been 3. Was told 2 times it had processed and mailed out. It has not. It seems to me, when you spend that kind of money at a dealership, you should get honesty and if a mistake is made own it. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Very unprofessional. I feel I have been lied to and misled. I am owed the money, yet the check is still nowhere to be seen. I have proof of cancellation and text messages that state it is the accounting department running behind. I do not believe they are a week behind. I am discouraged and frustrated and have pretty much given up on getting what is owed to me. I will not be buying from this particular Dealership again. My sales girl was very nice. Totally nothing to do with her. She was very nice and helpful. This is a finance and accounting issue.
