    On April 25, 2023 I made 8 hotel room reservations for June 9 for 1 night at Sleep Inn at *****************. I went and checked at 3:57 p.m. on 6.9.2023 and was issued a room. Three other ppl in my party had checked in already. Around 9:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m the other 4 parties from our group went to check and to find they didn't have rooms. Two of ppl were issued hotel room keys to rooms that already had ppl staying in them (not in our group). They found 3 rooms which left a young family in our group without a room. So I went and stayed in another with 2 other ppl from our group. I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the room that I was I originally checked into they would comp me. Since we were shorted a room. I have called the hotel on several occasions and had no luck getting a refund. Tonight "*******" hung up on me at the hotel. I have called the 800 number and they can't help just document my call. 2 girls in my group got charged twice and are having to dispute the charge with their credit card company. I'm beyond frustrated with hotel. If this is how they do business this wrong. Account #********* dated 6.10.2023 charge was $115.86.

    Everyone in this party had a room. I opened up one of our out of order rooms just so I could accommodate everyone in their party. No one was without a room!! When the one guest did check into an occupied room, they were quickly moved to a different room. ****** was refunded for 2 rooms, one refund was on 6/19/2023 for the amount of $****** and she also received a 2nd refund on 6/20/2023 for the exact same amount of ******. Both of those refunds are attached. Also she reached out to Choice, they informed us there was no double charge for the 2 ladies in her party. It was the authorization charge which everyone receives when they first check in, then the actual charge happens over night when the audit runs. The first authorization charge always falls off within a few days. And then she says she called and spoke with a ******* and she hung up on her, we don't even have an employee named *******. We treat all of our guests with the upmost respect, no one would ever hang up!! We don't run a business like that.
