      They have a very poor online ordering process. They advertise sales that aren't active. There is no way to cancel an order moment's after you made it but before it ships such is available by many other online retailers. I think they need to hire a programmer to update their website.

      DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I found information their cinnamon contains lead. I emailed them, telling them about it and asked them for the report on organic crushed pepper I bought from them and I received the reply, that "they don't share this information". This is very suspicious, all the companies I asked for the reports like that, sent it to me with no problem. Regarding the cinnamon, they said "Frontier Co-op adheres to the New York State regulatory standards and the ********************************'s recommendations. The levels identified by Lead Safe Mama ********* below the industry's regulatory standards. ". Lead Safe Mama is a website that researches and checks on lead and other heavy metals present in different products.

      I recently had a very disappointing experience with *********op. I attempted to return a product, only to discover that they refuse to provide a full refund, citing a 20% restocking fee. This policy was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and I feel it is an unfair practice designed to exploit customers.Their refusal to issue a complete refund and their imposition of this restocking fee is unacceptable. It feels like a scam, and I am prepared to take legal action to resolve this matter. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with *********op, as their business practices are far from transparent or fair

      This Company Fronteir Coop which is NOT accredited by the BBB is by far the worst to deal with. Their customer service is without a doubt the worse I have ever had to experience. They make it seem like their professional and efficient behind their website but rest assure once you do business with them you will NOT be happy. There are other companies like them much easier to work with. This company acts like they are God's gift to the earth, when clearly they are a complete waste of time. Just take a look at their reviews and it explains it all. If you want a bad experience go ahead and sign up with this company but do so at your own peril. The girls in the back office is the worst btw especially the one with the letter "C" so if you find yourself having to work with her take my advice run for the hills. If you want other companies i can definitely recommend one is Vegano which is a competitor of Fronteir nonsense i mean coop. In conclusion if you want a bad experience go ahead and sign up....Good Luck and good riddins to bad rubbish. Hope this helps future customers considering.....

      Customer Service is outstanding and they always go above and behind to help their customers to make things right. The package my orders with great care and are quick to ship! Frontier carries a great variety of products and I love that I am able to purchase at wholesale cost with my buying club! I recommend/ share my always positive experiences with anyone who is willing to listen to me!

      Do not expect satisfactory customer service from this company. I spoke with customer service asking to replace an item shipped incorrectly by Frontier. Their solution was to send me a return label and then wait for four weeks for credit to my credit card. THEN, after receiving the return, that was their error, a new order would be placed and I would have to pay a shipping fee. Again, due to their error. I spoke with a supervisor who was willing to waive the fee, but I would have to jump through all of the other hoops.

      This is totally unacceptable as a response to a customer service issue.
