    I had my house sided in November of 2022. The next time I was at the house on 11/5/22, I noticed a gas leak. I immediately called the gas company and they came out and confirmed a natural gas leak. we traced it to a wall void and determined that the siding company hit the flex gas line in the wall void while siding the house. I immediately called ***** Dulin with Dulin Contracting to see if he had an emergency crew. ***** was out of town but sent over one if his workers to help shut down the gas line and cap the line to the gas line that went to the fireplace so we could stay in the house. The contractor that sided the house had EMC insurance. EMC insurance had me get a quote from Dulin Contracting, ***** Dulin to fix the damaged line. I did get a quote from Dulin Contracting and EMC insurance agreed to the price of $5975 and EMC insurance sent Dulin Contracting a check for $5975 on 11/15/22. Dulin Contracting immediately cashed the check. on 11/18/22 ***** Dulin text me that they were going to start the work replacing the **** gas line from meter in crawl space and will build a manifold that was included in the repair cost with insurance quote. I am not sure if he did this or not. On 12/16/22, ***** Dulin text me that the ground froze before he could get the trenching done and rerun a new line to fireplace and get it going. He stated everything else had been completed. I am not sure if everything else is done or not as I do not know what i am looking for but I do know the trenching is not completed and he has not ran it to the gas fireplace. in April of 2023, I reached out to ***** Dulin being I had not heard from him trying to ask when he would complete the job. I have reached out several times and several messages with no response. EMC insurance tried to call ***** Dulin on 6/21/23 and their call was was declined and could not leave a message. ***** Dulin is not responding, has been paid by EMC insurance and has not completed the job.
