    I am in receipt of your letter to ***************************** dated 11/21/2022 which included a complaint (ID ********* about The Art of Education University, LLC. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the link referenced in the letter. Please find ****s response to the complaint with ID ******** below:

    This website is promoting itself as its own university: https://theartofeducation.edu/courses/ website has courses that are not accredited from any real university. Cost is 15,000.

    **** Accreditation and Registration

    The Art of Education University (****) is a private for-profit masters degree-granting institution that operates fully online. **** has been accredited by the Distance Education ********************** (DEAC) since 2019.  DEAC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE) as a recognized accrediting agency. DEAC is also recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) https://theartofeducation.***********/accreditation/ . **** is approved by the **************** commission to operate as a university and ************************* degrees and participate in **-**** to provide educational opportunities to students located in other **-**** participating states. 

    **** Tuition Information

    The Art of Education University allows non-degree student course registration for teachers seeking coursework to satisfy professional development requirements in addition to enrollment in the masters degree program for students who apply and are accepted. 

    • The tuition rate for individual 500-level graduate courses as of this date is $399/credit hour.
    • The total estimated cost for the 36-credit degree program, including tuition and fees is $15,064. 
    • Students enrolled in our degree program follow a  pay as you go finance model. Tuition and fees are only charged at the point of each individual course registration.   
    • ****s  Student and Consumer Disclosures, including ****s tuition refund policy, which meets **** state regulations, are found on the **** website and in the graduate student catalog.

    Regarding Complaintant Referenced in Complaint ID ********

    The complaint submitted to us is tagged as involving Refund Or Exchange Issues. In response to this suggested issue, **** has conducted a complete scan of our information systems (financial, student information, customer relationship management). We have found no evidence of an account associated with the name of the consumer who filed this complaint. From ****s perspective, this consumer has not spoken with an **** representative, purchased **** products, registered for a course, or applied to the degree program. It is unclear how **** can provide any refunds to this consumer.
