    Started May 28, 2022 paid in full $12,000 before project was complete and **** kosov has not come back to finish, he took materials and leftover materials used, including leftover tile. We have contacted him and his wife/girlfriend and they will not return calls. We were charged twice for several things, including wood that we paid for. Windows have not been started, bathroom not finished, no trim, grout coming out, new sink has hole and tub has 2 holes, the new shower k**** are put on wrong and you can see every seem from drywall work. The basement walls are not complete, they need finished, sanded and re-mudded, the doors and doorways are not even started, framing work is not done, trim work not done in bathroom or basement, ceiling is not finished and has cracked/split. All electrical outlets are now covered up and were supposed to be finished. Doorways/doors have not even been started. Everything has been paid for as stated on receipts. Basically, they took our $12,000 and didn't do the work. We feel they have broken the contract. We tried to get ahold of them several times, however, they will not return our calls, we have not heard anything from them since June, early July. They kept saying they were waiting for us to buy more materials, and we reminded them, everything had been paid for in full, materials and labor and sent them a picture of the receipts we had, they stopped talking to us. We even tried to go through there son that is my son's friend and he lives here with us. We need the job done, however it won't be from them, so now we need to hire someone else, but we need our money back, if not more at this point because everything needs fixed and replaced.
