      My Debit card was used numerous times over a 48 hr period and I was not warned with a call. I happened to check my email when I realized hundreds of dollars had been taken from my account. When it was all said and done a total of over ************************************************************************************************************************************* so I thought. From then on out I (60 days later) I have not had hardly any updates regarding where we are at with the investigation and still waiting to find out if my provisional credit is going to be final. Any update I have received I have called and had to jump through hoops to get answers. I am ready for this to be over with so I can close my account and be done. This bank has not protected me from fraud and their customer service has been horrible. I am severely disappointed and will not return to them!
