    We reached out to A+ Services to fix a pipe that had broken off of our toilet on Friday morning. I spoke with the representative on the phone and she stated that one of her service techs worked in the area and would stop by after hours to see what parts he would need on Monday morning. I told them that was fine because we had an additional bathroom. When the workers arrived on Monday they were able to put a new section of piping in. While there they noticed that we had garbage disposal on the counter, and said they had finished that job sooner than expected and could install it for us. My wife agreed to the installation. After that installation was completed they packed their belonging and headed to another job across town. Less than a week later I noticed that the garbage disposal had stopped working. Our toilet was leaking into the bathroom and running down into our basement. When I received the bill from A+, I called and talked to the owner about the service that I received. Along with the items that were still broken. I refused to pay the bill until the requested service was completed to a satisfactory level. He demanded that he come to the house right then and there. I told him that no one would be allowed in the house without someone home. In addition to the botched work, our bill was charged almost double the hours that were actually worked. A+ had sent 2 techs working about an hour each and our billed time was over 5 hours. The numbers weren't adding up. I am still waiting to this day to have A+ come back and make this right. However, they just keep sending me a new bill every month.
