    Horrible experience and got my RV back in worse shape than I left it although they had it 10+ weeks. Water damage that no one decided to tell me about and never once called to give an update. Failed to mention they unhooked the onboard generator from the battery and I had to troubleshoot myself in order to get it back to normal. Owner was rude and clearly couldn’t care less about our RV. Tech was kind and seemed to really care about his work so that was the only reassuring part. Front desk person was full of excuses and always said “I’ll give you a call back” when I had a question and I never once received a call. Wasted most of my summer and $4,500 to be back to where I started.
