    Complete incompetence. This company broke my lock actuator and then they broke a replacement window I had ordered with them. They had me show up for an appointment and then they broke the window. Also, I had to contact them and inquire about the window replacement. **** and his technicians did not even know the window was in from *******, let alone that they had me show up for a scheduled appointment and did not even take the time to check the condition of the replacement window. They also broke a lock actuator for my ***. In this circumstance, I was asked to come in as they could fix it. Shortly after I received a call from the shop stating they had broken this part also. They are careless and incompetent. I have wasted hours of time and potential sooner fixes due to this shops inability too know what they are doing. They have offered no compensation and have no compassion to have these items fixed.
