      Placed an order for merchandize on 11/14/23. The website stated a 4 week shipping time, which would be 12/12/23. As of today. 12/18/23 we still have not received our items. This is an order of over $200. Order #******* Order #******* There are also multiple other orders missing for other athletes and parents from our school who ordered at the same time - thousands of dollars in orders. (**********************, ********** ****). My complaint is for my personal order but there are larger issues here than just my order. The company gives no contact information and doesn't respond to customer service inquiries. After reviewing ****** reviews and finding that the company operates under several different names (X-Grain Sportswear being another), we are seeing that many others have had similar issues. In addition, it seems there are regular issues with sizing being 2-3 sizes too small and poor quality. I'd like to request a full refund for my orders. These were ordered for Christmas on 11/14/23 with a 4 week lead time and after 5 weeks have still not been produced, let alone shipped.

      Hi, I am writing concerning complaint ********, which you closed. We have still not received our items even thought the business, in their response to you, said the items were shipping on 12/29/23. Therefore, this issue is not resolved. Id like the business to provide tracking numbers and proof that they shipped our items on 12/29/23 as they stated in their response to you.

      *************** to the consumer complaint dated Monday, January 8th ****,  The order was delivered on January 5th, ****.  I have attached the *** tracking information for this order.  The shipment was signed for by ***************  In my previous response I stated the order was scheduled to ship on December 29th, 2023 so it would arrive at the school when they returned after Christmas break.  Due to the notification from the Better Business Bureau regarding the complaint on this order, we put the order on a temporary hold until we knew how the concern would be resolved. We did not want to customize any more garments in the order until we knew the concern was resolved.  On January 2nd, **** I received notification from the BBB by email stating complaint ******** was closed as resolved.  I notified the warehouse to put the order back into production to be completed and shipped to the school.  The order was completed and shipped on January 3rd, **** as the attached tracking shows.  In looking at the timeline, I would like to note that December 29th was a Friday and January 1st was a Holiday. The consumer sent this notification on Monday, January 8th stating the order had not been received.  The tracking attached shows proof it was delivered on Friday, January 5th, ****.    Please let me know if I can assist in any other way.
