    If I could give a no star for this company I would. My home warranty company used Trade Allies for a replacement of my home furnace. The tech **** arrived and seemed very professional to start with. He explained that my furnace needed to be replaced and why. He got a quote sent over to my home warranty company and advised of what my portion of the install would cost me out of pocket. I okd the repairs and on November 25th the installation of the new furnace was performed. On November 27th the furnace stopped working mid morning. My wife called Trade allies and **** called about 7pm to say he could still come out that night if we wanted him to. We said yes please. He arrived and found the exhaust pipe was full of condensation and causing the pressure switch to trip and shut the system down. He removed the water and made some modifications to the exhaust and said that was his fault for not verifying it was all correct. He also mentioned the only reason he came out was because he had installed the system a week ago. (It was only two days) He left and it worked until the night of the 28th. We called and messaged the tech with no respond. He messaged the 29th and said the parts store wont be open until Monday and we needed to purchase space heaters for the time being. He arrived in the afternoon on Dec 2nd. He replaced the intake line, rerouted the exhaust and said that some of the newer furnaces dont like the old style exhaust port so he had to change it, but didnt feel comfortable charging us for it since it was just installed. He made several comments that day about how he doesnt get paid for any further repairs on this furnace since its under warranty. Here I am at 6pm on the 4th of December with no heat and running space heaters again. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

    Great, quick service. He moved other appointments around to accommodate me on the same day I called when temps were in the 20s and we had two little ones at home with no heat. Diagnosed, got part and returned to fix and finish same day. Awesome work and very friendly.
