Last Wednesday (8/31/22) I booked a tee time with this golf course for this Monday (9/5/22). The rate for this tee time and a number of time was $0. This rate continued to be advertise on their booking site up to and including the date of our tee time. I received a confirmation of my tee time stating that no additional money was owed upon arrival at the course. While driving to the course, I received a call from the pro-shop at the course stating they would not be honoring their advertised rate and the charge would be full price ($100 plus tax). They stated this was an human error. I would like to seek a refund and wondered what backing from state law I had when contacting the ** of the golf course.

    To Whom It May ************

This is in response to Mr. ****** complaint (#********).

There was indeed a system error with our website company (ForeUp) that was showing a $0 rate for a two hour window (3:00pm-5:00pm) on Monday, September 5th. As soon as we discovered the system error, we called the few customers that had booked tee times at the $0 rate to inform them of the error and let them know that the rate would be $50 per player. We gave ************** and the other guests the opportunity to cancel their tee time if they did not want to pay the regular rate at that time. All of the other guests were very understanding of the situation and figured that it was a system error and expected to pay the $50 rate, except for **************.

Please note: all of our rates are clearly listed on our website: https://************/rates/.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
