- Refund and Exchange Policy
- In most cases a 100% refund will be given for anyone canceling 30 days or more before departure. If cancellation comes 15-29 days prior a 25% penalty will apply. 50% penalty will apply from 10-14 days prior to departure. For anyone canceling in the last nine days a 75% penalty will apply. If a replacement can be found during any of this time, a 100% refund will be granted. Refund for cruises & European travel are contingent upon purchase of travel insurance.
