      My family was eating lunch at a Perkins in Milford Iowa on Thursday, Dec. 26. We are huge Iowa State fans and my son wanted to play a game where he could win an Iowa state football plaque that was in one of the machines in the entrance of the restaurant. The sign said “Trade 6 balls for the plaque in the machine. “ My son paid $6 to the machine and was able to collect 6 balls to win the ISU Football plaque. When we went to the Perkins front counter, a female employee apologized to us saying “You actually have to win 6 of the Iowa balls from a different machine to win the plaque?!?!? The same thing happened to my daughter and we called the company but they did nothing. “ I got the name of the company and have called multiple times, for several days, but no one ever answers. We were told by the Perkins employee to leave the 6 balls ( which definitely aren’t worth $6) to prove that my son won them.. She said that her manager knows the guy from *** *** who brings the machines and prizes in. The Perkins manager also has not called me back.
      To resolve this issue my son and I need to receive the ISU football plaque that was in the machine that my son won legitimately according to the rules listed on the machine! I also feel like these machines need to be removed from the Perkins store as clearly this isn’t the first time that they have knowingly deceived customers using them!!!!!!!!!
