  9/20/19 We hired FF Hotrods in Shenandoah Iowa, to proform a complete off the frame restoration of our 1957 chevy belair car including the complete interior that i provided all new materials supplies and complete new wiring harness that i provided at all of my own cost and complete new suspension for this car at my own cost, FF Hotrods stated that they would have the complete restoration project of our 57 chevy belair car finished in 6 months, After over 3 and a half years of FF Hotrods not completing our car, FF Hotrods towed our 57 chevy belair car to our house and didn't Lach down the hood, Creating the hood and hinges and firewall damage, we received the 57 belair car with 12 scratches in the outside of the body on the new paint. The complete wiring harness destroyed, from the taillights to the headlights, all the wiring destroyed in the Dash, numerous new part's missing,the headliners hanging down, the seats had tairs in the new materials, the door panels unfinished, both door glass unable to work, the front new grill emblem was broken. Brake lines all leak fluid, the gas line not correct materials, the 4 speed transmission sifter linkage was completely destroyed and had to be completely refurbished, the heater-parts and motor were broken, the windshield wiper motor was broken, the wood I furnished for the radio and trunk compartment is all missing, the roll of black felt and silver vinyl are missing and still at FF Hotrods shop. Both owners of FF Hotrods ******* **** ****** *** ***** ****** signed a letter of received my payment in full for all part's and labor for complete restoration of our 1957 chevy belair car. Our car is still not running or finished,,, Owner **** ******* *** ***** *******

  I am more than happy to provide original estimate and documents, pictures, and receipts regarding this 57 chevy in any court that **** would like to take me. there is a balance of 3000 labor hours @50.00/hr and over 13,000.00 in unpaid parts and materials put into this auto I was only paid 5000.00 dollars this was a custom build I do have detailed records and pictures of the entire build. 

    He is claiming he paid an additional 1500, 500 was paid to us for a week-long trip to Oregon to pick a truck up he got from his brother using our car trailer and driving. another 1000 he is claiming he charged to trim some trees- he provided a chainsaw my son and I did the labor.

     Again, more than happy to go to court over this matter we could also put in some slander and threats he is engaging in against my son and I.

  These documents show that they Acknowledge that I paid my bill in full with them on all labor and parts. Plus the bonuses. I gave them including pollsaw from standing on top of there buildings and my ladders to remove trees over their house and buildings and yard. Both of them signed documents showing paid in full, I would just like my parts,both rolls of my vinyl and felt,my book to restore 57 chevy car, I have been paying several other people to start over on my car complete restoration again including one of there past employees who had been working on my car before, they say that they didn't agree to a complete restoration, then why did they pull the body off the frame and put the new floor pan's that I sent with the car to be installed, then undercoat the floor and paint the frame.

  again more than happy to go to court over this matter, customer still owes over  13,0000.00 in parts alone that does not include the added work he wanted done after work was started for some reason did not think he had to pay for work being done. I have wrote this job as a total lose for my business. Still would be glade to go to court over this matter I have all the documentation showing work that was done, pictures and so on. I let him walk away with a complete frame off restoration that he did not pay for, I could have filed a mechanics lien against his car so please take me to court. no parts was stolen like he claims, other than the ones he did not pay for that are still on his car, I have receipts for parts that we purchased and installed on his car that he did not pay for.
